Following is a detailed step wise development methodology that we follow in the process development of the products.

Step 1: Receipt of drawings or sample from the client for which, an estimate of the following services is provided.

Reverse Engineering:

Followed by-

• Material Test
• CMM-Mapping
• Preparation of CAD drawings

Step 2:

 Mapping of customer's requirement and offering a detailed, precise technical and commercial offer

Step 3:

On reaching an agreement with the client, initiate the development process ( dies, patterns, jigs, fixtures, etc)

Step 4:

Submit samples to client for approval .

Step 5:

Start Production on approval of the samples. In process QA.

CAD Drafting/Designing, Reverse Engineering and Rapid Prototyping

Capitalizing on our in-depth knowledge & advanced techniques that are coupled with our skilled workforce, we render world-class CAD services to cater to the varied needs of our clients.

CAD Designing

Specializing in 2D and 3D drawings & solid modeling designs, we also offer documentation and CAD conversion services as per the requirements of our clients. We make use of designing resources, specific methodologies, data transition & collaborative engineering to support transition of quick digital engineering CAD systems. With the help of our web-based projects management and tracking system, we keep a tab on the progress of the projects. Our procedures consist of developing data for CAD systems, including 3D solid modeling, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, and analysis.
 
Reverse Engineering

We offer reverse engineering services that are used to create ‘’as built’’ CAD drawings from the original parts. Providing complete 2D & 3D scanning solutions, we are capable of producing dense & clean data from complex machined parts, which are important for reverse engineering of a CAD-compatible surface. Our laser scanning techniques are suitable for different shapes and surface finishes such as complex parts, shiny and freshly machined parts, mixed surfaces, and contoured shapes.

Working Methodology: A part, mould, die or template provided by our clients is physically scanned to capture & model the piece and then it is manipulated as per the needs of our customers.

Use of Process: It is used for keeping the same shape but changing the original dimensions (i.e., mirroring, scaling, inverting, etc).

Rapid Prototyping

We provide affordable & flexible  rapid prototyping solutions to our clients. Our services are beneficial for design visualization and lab tests by creating conceptual physical representative model of any part. This model is then used by the engineers to inspect form and fit along with performing functional tests.  This highly automatic process involves production of real and physical models from 3D CAD models. Prototyping helps , verify a design and any specific design concept can be turned into a prototype. Further, it can even replicate product performance without extra cost or time taken by  conventional prototyping methods.

We have a well equipped process handling facility that is installed with modern , reliable machines to undertake the process of customised development.  Our machine shop is capable of providing high precision machining within tolerances of microns.

Spread across an area of 4000 square feet, our product development facility is fully equipped with all necessities for constant product development. The entire infrastructure can be categorized into different units, which include machine shops and other allied facilities. A brief introduction of these entities is as follows:

The efficiency of all these machines is maintained according to  established international standards and our ‘in-house ‘ strict quality control policies .

We have a team of diligent professionals, which is well aware of development processes of various castings, patterns and forgings . All our professionals are highly experienced and skilled to execute the tasks undertaken, completely conforming to industry standards and customer’s specifications.

Our team ensures that client's specifications are taken care of and product is custom developed stringently as per the detailed technical specifications.

We are a quality driven company, which follows Buyer’s Quality Management System in every aspect of our business operation. This helps us to deliver the products according to the client’s specification and technical aspects. In addition, to keep a stringent check over the product development at each and every stage of the process, we have a team of experienced and diligent quality controllers.

In our Inspection Department, we have the following NDT testing facilities that assist us to conduct the following tests:

• Ultrasonic testing
• Magnetic particle testing
• Radiography testing (if required)

We conduct various physical & mechanical tests to check the quality of our casting, forgings, pressure die casting, valves, sheet metal components, machined & sintered components. Our products are checked using  the following parameters:

• Metallurgical testing of raw material
• Tensile strength
• Impact
• Castings/ Forging/Machining/Sintering Report
• Hardness by NDT (non destructive test)
• Micro structure tests

Moreover, we have experienced CAD designers who work with our quality analyst to ensure high degree of quality standards in our CAD drafting/designing, reverse engineering & rapid prototyping services. Each stage including scanning stage to uploading data stage is inspected as per our total quality management system. Our quality inspectors are experts from diverse fields who vigilantly monitor the accuracy of our services.
